We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our growing healthcare technology team. In this role, you will help our healthcare organization leverage data to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. You will work closely with clinicians, IT teams, and leadership to analyze and interpret healthcare data, delivering actionable insights that can drive better decision-making across departments.
Analyze and interpret healthcare data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for the clinical and operational teams.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand data needs and provide meaningful insights to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
Ensure data quality and integrity across all healthcare datasets.
Work with IT teams to optimize data systems, including data cleansing and integration of new data sources.
Provide training and guidance on data tools to staff across various departments.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related role within the healthcare industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with healthcare data systems (e.g., EHRs, EMRs, health information systems).
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
